Located in the heart of Cau Giay District – Hanoi’s hub of administration, education, and commerce – Skypark Residence is positioned in the mid- to high-end residential segment. Every detail in the interior design was meticulously curated, with natural stone chosen as the primary material in high-usage areas including kitchens, bathrooms, elevators, and common areas.
As the designated contractor for all stone-related works, Hoan Thien Stone provided a turnkey solution: from processing at the factory to on-site installation.
EVERY APARTMENT – A TOUCH OF DISTINCTIVE CRAFTSMANSHIP
All 495 apartments in the Skypark project were fitted with natural stone kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities. The execution of over 3,655.3 m² required precise cuts, seamless joints, and polished finishes.
1. Kitchen Countertops and Bathroom Vanities
- HT-M002 – Cream Marfil: Light beige tone with subtle veining, offering a clean and spacious look for kitchens.
- HT-M006 – Volakas: Elegant white marble with soft grey veining, applied to vanity tops, elevator cladding, and decorative highlights – adding character while preserving a refined overall aesthetic.
Kitchen countertops were cut to fit each apartment’s specifications, with openings pre-cut for sinks and stoves. Edges were treated and polished to export standards. Vanity designs minimized joints for aesthetics and water resistance.
2. Elevator Cladding and Common Area Tiling
Beyond individual units, HOANTHIENSTONE installed stone in high-traffic public areas such as elevator walls, hallways, lobbies, and shared corridors. Finishes included matte anti-slip surfaces with reinforced edge detailing for durability and unified elegance throughout the project.
STREAMLINED WORKFLOW – ENSURING ON-TIME DELIVERY
Given the scale and finish requirements, HOANTHIENSTONE implemented a seamless production and installation workflow:
- Factory Processing: All stone was processed based on precise shop drawings, ensuring consistency in dimension, color, and quality.
- On-Site Installation: HOANTHIENSTONE’s technical team executed installation on site, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.
The entire scope was completed in 150 days, handed over on time to the investor and interior finishing teams.
NATURAL STONE – A LONG-LASTING SOLUTION FOR MODERN LIVING
Using natural stone over artificial materials in kitchens and bathrooms offers multiple advantages:
- Durability: Resistant to impact, heat, and scratching.
- Easy Maintenance: Smooth surface allows for quick cleaning.
- Luxury Aesthetic: Unique natural veining adds individuality to every home.
- Moisture & Mold Resistance: Treated with water-repellent coating for superior hygiene.
With over 3,600 m² of stone incorporated into the living spaces of nearly 500 homes, Skypark is a prime example of the rising trend in using sustainable and aesthetic natural materials in contemporary residential architecture.
