Project Overview

Grand Mercure is a premium international hotel brand, renowned for its luxurious and refined design standards. To match its prestige and distinct architectural identity, the entire interior space of levels 1 and 2 at the Cat Linh location was completed using high-end natural stones — custom-processed and installed by HOANTHIENSTONE to meet the investor’s strict technical requirements.

1. MATERIAL SELECTION – THE FOUNDATION OF ELEGANCE

The project utilized three main stone types:

  • HT-M002 – Cream Marfil: Soft beige tone with a polished surface, ideal for lobbies and corridors, creating an open, light-filled ambiance.

  • HT-M005 – Dark Emperador: Spanish brown marble with unique cloudy veins, used for trim lines and border inlays, adding depth and richness.

  • HT-M006 – Volakas: Pure white background with gentle grey veining, used for subtle yet sophisticated decorative panels that complement Grand Mercure’s signature style.

2. REALIZED DESIGN – LUXURY IN EVERY DETAIL

From the moment guests step inside, the hotel’s distinction is evident:

  • The main lobby is paved entirely with Cream Marfil, accented by Dark Emperador borders that smartly define different zones.

  • The staircase to level 2 is elegantly curved, with seamless marble slabs covering both risers and treads for a refined, durable finish.

  • Reception, buffet, and lounge areas feature large stone countertops crafted at HOANTHIENSTONE factory, ensuring perfect polish, precision edge finishing, and excellent moisture resistance — ideal for high-humidity environments like open kitchens.

3. TIMELY EXECUTION – QUALITY YOU CAN TRUST

With a total installation volume of over 1,500 m² of natural stone, HOANTHIENSTONE completed the project in just 90 days — meeting the investor’s urgent schedule.

All stone pieces were processed in-house using CNC cutting systems, carefully polished and sealed, then transported and installed by a seasoned technical team. The result:
