In this project, the Hoan Thien Stone team directly handled all stone cladding and flooring works – from the exterior stairs and ground floor tiles to the elevator wall panels and decorative floor inlays.

Ground Floor Tiling – Sophistication in Every Detail

Covering a total of 456 m², the floors feature light beige marble combined with dark brown border lines and delicate gold accents. This color palette adds warmth and elegance to the space while perfectly complementing natural wood furnishings and luxurious chandeliers. Each tile was carefully selected for consistent veining, tone, and polish, ensuring a premium and cohesive look.

In the main lobby area, large-format, lightly veined polished marble tiles offer soft reflections without being slippery—an ideal choice for upscale residential projects.

Overall Floor Installation for All Levels

Three-step staircase – Welcoming in Style

The broad exterior stairs are clad with light-colored marble, creating a spacious and grand entrance. Each stair tread and riser was seamlessly joined to minimize grout lines, enhancing both the aesthetic and durability for outdoor use. The natural stone ensures high resistance to Hanoi’s unpredictable weather, from intense sunlight to heavy rain.

Elevator – A Statement of Luxury

Located centrally on the first floor, the elevator was fully clad in beige marble with subtle brown veining, trimmed with gold-plated metal accents. This created a seamless and striking design element. The combination of natural stone and soft lighting enhanced the elevator’s luxurious feel.

Inside the elevator, the floor features an intricate CNC-carved marble inlay resembling a high-end stone carpet. The main stone is light-colored, bordered by darker brown stone, with a classic square-circle pattern that fits the villa’s modern-classic aesthetic.

Kitchen Area – Seamless Marble Backsplash

In the kitchen, the backsplash was made from a single slab of flowing-vein marble. With no visible joins, it’s both easy to clean and visually stunning. The natural stone veining creates a sense of gentle movement and artistic sophistication.
